Arkansans effected by storms in March & April can apply for FEMA assistance

LITTLE ROCK – Arkansas homeowners and renters who were affected by severe storms in March or April may apply for FEMA disaster assistance online, by phone, or in person.

Financial assistance after the March 14-15 severe storms and tornadoes is available to eligible residents of Greene, Hot Spring, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Randolph, Sharp, and Stone counties.

For the April 2-22 severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding, assistance is available to eligible residents of Clark, Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Desha, Fulton, Hot Spring, Jackson, Miller, Ouachita, Pulaski, Randolph, Saline, Sharp, St. Francis, and White counties
