Missing woman found alive a year after her disappearance; police arrest her

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) – An Arkansas woman who went missing a year ago recently turned up at a gas station. When police responded, they promptly arrested her on an outstanding warrant.

Tori Milsak, 35, walked into a gas station about 3 p.m. last Thursday in Little Rock, Arkansas. She told staff she had been a missing person, prompting them to call law enforcement. Both an employee and the responding officer said Milsak appeared calm.

According to the police report, Milsak told the officer she ran away from home a year ago, and she had a warrant out for her arrest. She was taken into custody and is currently being held at the Garland County Detention Center. It’s unclear what the outstanding warrant was for.

Milsak’s family members, who have been tirelessly searching for her, say they are relieved she is still alive but shocked by her sudden reappearance…
