Historic Saline County bridge reopened after decades of deterioration

SALINE COUNTY, Ark. — After decades of deterioration and years of determination, the historic Old River Bridge officially reopened Tuesday with a ceremonial ribbon cutting—bringing new life to one of Arkansas’s oldest and most storied structures.
