LIST: Fourth of July events around central Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Eating BBQ, and dressing up in red, white and blue are just some of the festivities to celebrate the Fourth of July. Several events will be held in central Arkansas to enjoy the holiday.

July 3

Fireworks and Food Truck Festival: The event will begin at 6 p.m. at The Greens at North Hills golf course in Sherwood. There will be a food truck lineup and a fireworks show.

Cabot’s Annual Independence Day Celebration: The event will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. at the Cabot Sportsplex at 1245 Bill Foster Memorial Hwy. There will be several activities and a fireworks show starting at 9:15 p.m.

Arkansas agencies join federal campaign to stop drunk driving this Fouth of July weekend

Red, White & Boom: The event will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 1800 Citizens Way Parking Lot in Benton. There will be food and a fireworks show.

July 4

Pops on the River: The event will begin at 5 p.m. at the First Security Amphitheater in Little Rock. There will be vendors, food trucks, live entertainment and a fireworks show starting at 9:15 p.m. The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra will also perform at 8:30 p.m…
