LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — In a new study from People For Bikes, Arkansas’s capital city falls right in the middle of the statewide list when it comes to being considered “bike friendly.”
This particular study focuses a lot on speed limits and infrastructure, and the city’s pedestrian coordinator said adjusting the speed limits, even just a little bit, can greatly improve Little Rock’s ranking.
“If you look at the map on People For Bikes, it’s all red in Little Rock; if you look at Fayetteville, it’s going to be all blue. It flipped.
