LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Police in Little Rock say two officers have been put on administrative leave after a shooting over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
According to a report, officers responded to reports of gunshots near the 11000 block of Southridge Drive on Saturday around 5 p.m.

Officers said they heard yelling and screaming as they approached the home where they came into contact with 43-year-old Brent Gilbert behind the home.
Gilbert allegedly raised a gun at the officers causing them to shoot, officers said.
According to reports Gilbert then ran through the home out there front door where he fired at another officer, resulting in more shots fired.
