LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — A challenge for a cause has been announced for Arkansas anglers to take part in that will decrease the spread of an invasive species and receive $100 for a single capture.
“Keep, Cool, Call” is a program led by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
