Two men killed, 1 woman injured in separate Little Rock shootings

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A night of gunfire at the Eastview Terrace Apartments on Geyer Street has left a family searching for answers, as Little Rock police continue to investigate two separate shootings that occurred just hours apart.

According to police, officers responded to reports of gunfire around 9 p.m. Wednesday night. Witnesses say a woman was shot after trying to force her way into an apartment unit.

Braelon Allen, who claims the woman is the cousin of his children, says she was returning to the breezeway when she found herself locked out.

“As she was beating on the door to get in, she eventually forced it open — that’s when two shots went off,” Allen said. “One of them hit her in the side.”…
