NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Airing up a tire in front of a tarp-covered building is the new reality for business owner Leonardo Lugo after Sebastian’s Tire Shop caught fire on Wednesday.
“That’s the call that you never expect. It’s really sad because we’ve been doing this for 25 years. And that really broke our hearts,” Lugo said.
