July 18, 2025 –Each spring and summer, health insurers submit rate filings to state regulators to justify premium changes for the coming calendar year. ARHOME is Arkansas’s Medicaid expansion program created by the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA). It serves adults aged 19 to 64 with incomes below 138% of the federal poverty level.
