TRUMANN, Ark. – Police arrested an Arkansas man with over three ounces of fentanyl.
The Trumann Police Department (TPD) announced the arrest of Johnny “Capone” Turner on Tuesday. Officers discovered 3.1 ounces of fentanyl and about $1,700 in cash inside a hotel room, TPD said.
