HEMPSTEAD COUNTY, Ark. — New details are emerging about the tragic hit and run in Hempstead County that left an Arkansas Department of Transportation contractor dead.
The accident happened around 1 a.m. on Monday and was the first in a series of three accidents within a mile and a half stretch on I-30.
