FBI offering reward for Arkansas mass shooting suspect

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with the FBI said the agency is asking for the public’s help in finding a man allegedly involved in the Conway 5th Avenue Park mass shooting on April 13.

Officials said a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the location and apprehension of 19-year-old Kemarie Tyrone Johnson.

Johnson was charged on April 17 with two counts of capital murder, nine counts of attempted capital murder and one count of terrorism in Faulkner County and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, officials said.

He is described as a 5-foot-4-inch to 5-foot-6-inch Black man, weighing 180 to 200 pounds, with a scar over his left eye and a tattoo on his right forearm, they said. Officials included information that Johnson has ties to Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi and Tennessee.
