LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The Little Rock Fire Department were called to the Pinnacle Valley View apartments in the afternoon of August 3 in response to one of the apartment buildings being on fire.
A video shows one of the buildings in the complex being engulfed in flames on the top floor, with heavy black smoke billowing out.
