Arkansas Water Treatment Plant Prepping for $230 Million Overhaul

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The nearly 70-year-old Jack H. Wilson Water Treatment Plant in Little Rock is preparing for the biggest overhaul in its history.

Max Foote Construction of Mandeville, La. is leading the construction on a project that is expected to total $230 million.

Over the next five years, the phased project will upgrade technology and efficiency-related maintenance to enable the plant to increase its daily treatment capacity from the current 133 million gallons per day to approximately 150 gallons daily.
