LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officers with the Little Rock Police Department will soon have a space inside the Park Plaza Mall to increase safety in the area.
Officials with Park Plaza Mall said an initiative to open a public safety annex was approved Tuesday by the Little Rock Board of Directors. The space is expected to open in six to eight weeks.
The 500-square-foot space will be located on the mall’s second level, offering officers a place to work. The space will also include parking for first responders.
