LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – As people enter the doors of the Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock, officials in Little Rock want shoppers to exit those doors safely.
On Tuesday, the Little Rock Board of Directors voted to approve adding a safety annex inside the mall — a place for the city’s first responders to work from.
