LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Two Arkansans are now celebrating the big wins that they got from playing with a recently launched $10 instant ticket.
Carlena Buerkle of Almyra won $10,000 while playing $10,000 Winnings. The winning ticket was sold at the Stuttgart C-Stop in Stuttgart, Arkansas, and she claimed her prize at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center late last week.
