Arkansas game wardens arrest man for allegedly trying to capture hawks

FORT SMITH, Ark. — An Arkansas man has been arrested after allegedly trying to remove young hawks from a nest in Fort Smith.

Jeremiah Hall, 27, was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on July 14 on charges of trespassing, lacking a falconry permit, taking of birds and eggs, and taking of raptors. He was released the next day on a $1,500 bond.
