Getting your hair done in 2025 is pretty expensive. Just taking care of your hair at home ends up costing a lot. If you’re like me, and have a slight haircare addiction, you’re probably buying shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, serums, heat sprays, shine sprays, hot tools, and so on.

It adds up, and I hate to admit, mostly because my boyfriend will probably read this and be appalled by my spending. Consider all of that, but let’s not forget to throw in actual salon visits, which, with color or highlights, cost a couple of hundred dollars each time…
