WEATHER — Storms developing over Colorado and northern New Mexico Sunday night are expected to push east into Oklahoma and Arkansas on Monday, bringing the threat of flash flooding to parts of the central United States.
Temperatures will dip below seasonal averages, but the main concern is flooding — a sharp contrast to the dry, fire-prone conditions much of the region has faced in recent weeks.
