Arkansas governor’s recidivism reduction program to launch at Little Rock facility

The Board of Corrections unanimously approved a request from Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders at a special-called meeting Thursday to reallocate 100 beds at the Central Arkansas Community Corrections Center for a recidivism reduction pilot program.
