Little Rock, Ark. – Travelers across Arkansas should prepare for a hot, mostly sunny Labor Day with the added risk of storms arriving by Monday afternoon. Those heading east on I-40 or south on I-30 could see wet pavement and reduced visibility during evening drives.
According to the National Weather Service in Little Rock, highs will reach the mid-80s on Monday, but scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms may develop after 1 p.m. Rain chances continue into Monday night and Tuesday, when storms could disrupt outdoor plans and create minor travel delays across Pulaski County.
