LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — After a long journey filled with challenges, the nonprofit organization The Van has finally secured a permanent building for their emergency shelter in Central Arkansas.
The shelter, which will offer low to no barrier entry, is set to serve Pulaski County and the surrounding areas.
