MEMPHIS — It was something we warned you about just a couple of weeks ago. The potential scheduling issue almost sure to arise now that the SEC is going to a nine game conference slate beginning in 2026.
Thursday, the game between Memphis and Arkansas, set for 2026 in Fayetteville, was moved to 2030. A decision that now leaves a hole in Memphis’ schedule next year.
The good news is the Tigers and Hogs will play, in just a matter of weeks here at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium, on September 20th and their scheduled game in 2028… at Arkansas… is still on the books…
