West Memphis is set to make history as the site of Google’s massive new $10 billion data center campus, the single largest private capital investment ever in Arkansas. Moses Tucker Partners (MTP), the state’s leading commercial brokerage and development firm, represented the seller in the groundbreaking deal.
The 1,178-acre property, located just south of Bollinger Road and minutes from Memphis, will become home to one of the most advanced data infrastructure campuses in the nation. Plans include multiple hyperscale data centers, office buildings, access roads, a new substation, stormwater systems and more.
