Little Rock city leaders discuss Downtown Master Plan to increase tourism

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock city leaders are implementing the city’s first Downtown Master Plan.

On Friday morning, some of the plans were discussed at a press conference with Mayor Frank Scott Jr. and Leland Couch, director of Parks and Recreation.

“We’ll have art walks, abilities to connect with cafes down their trail systems that are going to connect [and] a dog park that we don’t have in downtown Little Rock,” Couch said.
