FOX 16 Investigates: Residents petition to remove Little Rock city director Ken Richardson

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Residents in southwest Little Rock are calling for the removal of their city representative.

A petition was filed on Sept. 17 with the city of Little Rock to remove Ward 2 director Ken Richardson from the city board of directors.

In the document, the petitioner claims that Richardson has failed to do his job, writing, “Ward 2 needs a director that is coherent, functioning and actively involved.”

Richardson took a leave of absence last May after multiple life-threatening surgeries. Documents obtained by FOX 16 News show that he is still receiving payments.
