LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – For two days, nine members from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Dive Team surveyed the Spring River for hazardous debris along a 10-mile stretch last week.
After flooding took over the Spring River in April, the debris left behind took the life of a man in June.
