6,000 Illegal THC Items Seized from 2,800 Retailers In Arkansas Crackdown

Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration’s Regulatory Agents seized 6,000 illegal hemp-derived THC products after 2,800 visits to retail shops statewide in a crackdown on banned substances between June 25 and July 14. 2025.

Felony Arrests and Misdemeanor Citations Issued in Arkansas Crackdown

According to THV11, two felony arrests were made, and multiple misdemeanor citations were issued in the crackdown. Most regulated businesses have complied with the new laws, but some retailers have continued to sell the products illegally, thereby endangering the community by keeping them on the shelves.
