Arkansas Secretary of Education grilled over loss of childcare funding

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Arkansas Secretary of Education Jacob Oliva was grilled by lawmakers before a skeptical crowd on Tuesday surrounding pending changes to childcare in the state.

Lawmakers pressed Oliva to delay the planned date the changes go into effect by one month, from October 1st to November 1st.
