FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Arkansas Department of Corrections posted an information sheet on its Franklin County prison project website outlining “key points” and addressing concerns about the project.
The information sheet is divided into two sections: “Consultant/Vendor Roles & Responsibilities” and “Arkansas DOC New Prison Project,” which details the proposed need for the prison as well as potential community benefits.
