Four people died in recent days in car collisions on South Arkansas highways.
On Tuesday, Oct. 14, a pedestrian was struck and killed in Texarkana. According to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash summary, 75-year-old Forrest Williams walked into the lane of traffic on East Street when a southbound Chevrolet Silverado struck him.
The report indicates that Williams was transported to Christus Saint Michaels hospital in TEXarkana, where he succumbed to injuries. The report does not name the driver who struck him…
