Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- More than six-million brown eggs are being recalled nationwide over a salmonella risk. This action comes after the FDA found multiple salmonella strains at a Black Sheep Egg plant in Arkansas.
The company has voluntarily recalled the eggs which were distributed between July 9th and September 17th. The recall involves 12-count and 18-count packages with “Best Buy” dates ranging from August 22nd to October 31st.
