Shreveport, LA – The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a Frost Advisory for parts of southern Arkansas and northern Louisiana, in effect from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. CST Monday.
According to the NWS, temperatures are expected to dip to around 34 degrees, leading to frost development overnight.
