LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Little Rock City Director Ken Richardson is seeking approval to virtually attend Board of Directors meetings after a 17-month absence.
In an official letter addressed to Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr., Richardson says that “unforeseen health issues” have rendered him unable to physically attend meetings since May 2024.
Richardson says he has been able to perform all of his duties as Director of Ward 2 with the exception of physically attending meetings, but he did not explain his health issues in any further detail…
