Arkansas men charged in forced Russian roulette plot request lower bond amounts, receive hearing dates

PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — Three Arkansas men arrested after allegedly kidnapping an 18-year-old at gunpoint and forcing him to play Russian roulette earlier this year are requesting lower bond amounts ahead of their upcoming plea hearings.

Robert Ellerd, Charles Homan, and Jackson Homan were all arrested on charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, terroristic threatening, and interference with emergency communications.

A police report said that on Sept. 20, the 18-year-old victim arrived at his girlfriend’s house in Sherwood when he was met by Jackson, who allegedly put his arms around the victim’s neck and tried to pull him from the car…
