Arkansas State Police have charged 20-year-old José Solano Rodríguez of Little Rock in connection with a crash that killed two teenagers following a high-speed pursuit late on October 29.

According to ASP press release, a Trooper spotted Rodríguez driving a red 2011 Infiniti eastbound on Interstate 30 near mile marker 133 around 10:15 PM. The vehicle was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed.

When the Arkansas Trooper attempted to pull him over, Rodríguez exited at Geyer Springs Road and fled, reaching speeds over 100 miles per hour and running multiple traffic lights as he drove recklessly through the area.
