LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Thursday night, the Little Rock School District Board is set to vote on a proposal to create a new “Principal-in-Residence” position at Little Rock Central High School.
It’s a move that has prompted questions from community members since longtime Principal Nancy Rousseau has not announced any plans to retire.
