Documents show deteriorating North Little Rock apartment complex among other troubled Arkansas properties owned by out-of-state company

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – New information shows the issues at Shorter College Gardens in North Little Rock may also be happening in other Arkansas communities.

Records confirm that two other complexes, one in Jacksonville and one in Pine Bluff, are tied to the same out-of-state ownership and the same management company, all sharing some of the same experiences as tenants at Shorter College Gardens.

The Millennia Companies shows no Arkansas properties on its public map, but city spokespersons and collectors in North Little Rock, Jacksonville and Pine Bluff confirmed that Millenia is listed as the owner of Shorter College Gardens, Willow Bend, and St. John’s apartments.
