LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The Little Rock Police Department has arrested 19-year-old Ricky Minor for his role in a homicide that took place on December 14, 2023 in the 7000 block of North Chicot Road.
On December 14, 2023, officers with the Little Rock Police Department were called to the above address for a reported shooting at the Summit Town & Country Apartments.
Upon arrival, officers discovered two minor males suffering from gunshot wounds. Both of the victims were transported to local hospitals, however one of the victims tragically passed due to his injuries…
