Bright the Night canceled due to weather

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Downtown Little Rock Partnership has announced that Bright the Night has been canceled due to rain and the forecast of potentially severe weather in downtown Little Rock.

The event was set for Nov. 24, officials said.

“The safety and experience of our performers, vendors and guests always comes first,” DLRP Executive Director Kyle Leyenberger said. “We are disappointed we won’t be able to gather together for the tree-lighting ceremony this year, but the holiday spirit is still very much alive downtown, and we hope people will come enjoy it all season long.”
