VAN BUREN, Ark. – Officials with the Arkansas State Police said a traffic stop turned into something larger after a Tuesday morning traffic stop.
Officials said a trooper pulled over a pickup truck near the Oklahoma border at 7 a.m. for a traffic violation. During a search of the truck, troopers reported finding several trash bags holding approximately 221 pounds of illegal marijuana.
