LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — A former owner of multiple nursing homes in Arkansas will still have to serve prison time on state charges, despite being granted clemency for a federal conviction.
Joseph Schwartz, of New York, pled guilty in April to running a $38 million scheme by collecting taxes from nursing home employees without paying to the IRS
