NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A Friday afternoon crash on Interstate 40 has brought eastbound traffic to a crawl in North Little Rock.
The Arkansas Department of Transportation reports that the crash is near Mile Marker 154 and was first reported at 4:08 p.m.
