Conway, Ark. (KATV) — The Conway Fire Department is honoring the legacy of one of its longtime leaders after Assistant Chief Bill Keathley passed away over the weekend.
Keathley dedicated more than three decades to the department, and those who served alongside him said he wasn’t just a part of the organization; he helped shape what it is today.
