LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — Two billboards are set to be removed in the area of Ferndale, following negotiations held by Pulaski County Judge Barry Hyde.
Hyde, who received concerns from the community, called for a special Quorum Court/Public Safety meeting in response to a new state law that went into effect August 5, 2025.
