ENGLAND, Ark. (KATV) — An England, Arkansas, man was arrested following a standoff with an Arkansas State Police SWAT Team, the England Police Department said in a release Tuesday morning.
Police said that the standoff began when they responded to reports of a shooting on SE 6th Street around 5 a.m.
After arriving on the scene, police requested assistance from an ASP SWAT Team, ASP Crisis Negotiators, and the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office. Police did not say what led them to call for this assistance…
