Former AT&T building in downtown Little Rock to get new life as residential apartments

LITTLE ROCK, Ark — A well-known building in downtown Little Rock is set to receive a big makeover.

According to reports from Arkansas Business, PR Contractors LLC of Greeneville, South Carolina, has now won a $10.08 million contract where they plan to convert office space to apartments.
