BENTON, Ark. (KATV) — Tim’s Tavern has issued a statement on Facebook in response to the ongoing protests and backlash directed at the restaurant’s owner, Timothy Steppach.
The Saline County restaurateur pleaded no contest to three misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in November.
Steppach was originally arrested in 2024 and charged with five counts of sexual assault against a then-14-year-old girl who worked at his restaurant. But the plea deal did not include any of those original felony charges…
